Our guesthouse is located in the neighbourhood of the village Grossreifling - a 2,5 kms drive onto the "Erb", as we call it here.

Families with children are feeling very comfortable here - because of our playground and the rivulet which runs through our backyard. It's simply a paradies for children.

We are a big family ourselves: Since 1939 the family Schnabl owns this place and since the year 2000 lived four generations of "Schnabls" together, under one roof.

Our house was built in 1561.

While renovating our house we cared especially for preserving the typical character.

In former days this building was used as a "Hammerschmiede" - a building where iron was worked with hammers and as a mill.

Due to our well known cooking you will meet many locals here. They also enjoy a nice evening with playing cards and telling hunting stories.

There is a seperate breakfast room and a hall for parties or feasts.

We also offer to arrange and organize marriages, birthday parties, family feasts or other events in our house. This will garantee a very personal touch for your special event.

Due to the fact that there is no wind and no fog around here, you will be able to relax in spring, summer, fall or winter.

We offer 22 comfortable guestrooms with shower/bathroom, WC and a TV set. There are 3 single rooms, 14 double rooms and 5 triple rooms available.

If you travel per bus - be welcome.
